Equal

Talent Finder

Finds AI-native builders across India by what they have shipped, checks the evidence, and gets us a way to reach them.

Equal Talent Finder
Hiring sprint · invite-only build day on Sun 25 Oct, Hyderabad

The right AI builders for Equal, found by what they shipped.

A tool that searches India for people who already build with AI, scores them on real evidence, has AI agents verify the evidence, and gives us their contact details. Describe who you need and it finds them, from our list or live from GitHub and Hugging Face.
